Ideal for canapés and hors d'oeuvres, simply spread on bread or pasta with anchovies, boiled eggs, tomatoes, pickles, truffles, tomatoes, boiled. In delicate kitchens can be added to sauces and salmì. Excellent for pizzas in the oven, mixed with tomato and the bruschetta with olive oil together.
