Extra virgin olive oil of Sabina is 100% natural. The cold pressing system used in production leaves unchanged the organoleptic properties of oil, fragrance, color, flavor and aroma, without hot water or any added substances.
Although in quantitative terms it is the least productive, Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Sabina remains the best quality of product and where natural features remain unchanged.
Extra virgin olive oil of Sabina was first to receive the Product Designation of Origin (PDO) in Italy, and the world.
