Miele Rododendro
Produced in June and in the first half of July.
Precious alpine honey, with important organoleptic properties and qualities, it is very hard to produce because of the frequent climate changes in the mountains. Its colour varies from pale straw-yellow halmost colour less to light beige when crystallized. It has a delicate, slightly sharp fragrance, freshly reminiscent of water melon and wet moss. It tastes medium-sweet and not very persistent, reminiscent of herbs and wild berry jam.
