Produced in the very heart of Gennargentu Park, this tree blooms from October until the end of December.
Its honey is unforgettable and quite rare, hazelnut-brown with greenish grey shades, its aroma smoky and reminiscent of roasted coffee. It has a bitter and pungent herbaceous flavour.
