Farro Intero Bio

The farro is a herbaceous plant of the family of grasses. It is a very ancient grain. It distinguished three types: Triticum dicoccum, spelled itself, Triticum spelta, also known as spelled spelled or greater, and Triticum monococcum, also called small spelled. Spelled whole grain is a "dress", as the hairs, the film outside of the grain, rich in fiber, is super tight and therefore is not eliminated by normal refining with cylindrical roller which is subject wheat.
