White Truffle Cream

All Natural Umbrian Truffles

A smooth cream made from our traditional Umbrian recipe in which we have combined two first quality White Truffles: Tuber Magnatum Pico and Tuber Borchii Vitt, grated and amalgamated into an exquisite Ivory colored cream with a strong bountiful Truffle Flavor.

Ideal for Pasta, Risotto, Stuffed Pasta, Roasted or Paned Meat and Fish recipes.

All naturalno preservatives or artificial colors have been added
Conserve in cool dry place away from direct sunlight and warm surfaces
Once open, cover with oil and refrigerate, consume within a few days

Suggestions for use:

May be used directly from the jar, as a spread or a fancy topping. To reach the best consistence, we suggest to heat the cream for a few minutes, in the microwave oven after you have taken off the lid or just place the jar in a bowl of warm water. For distinctive sauces and condiments white truffle cream may be diluted in milk, kitchen cream, butter, cooking juice or béchamel sauce. ( 15gr of White truffle cream) use to dress Pasta, Risotto, grilled or broiled meat and fish, stuffed pasta or as a topping for antipasti. (Crostini).
